Our sustainable solutions in polyolefins, finalists in the PRSE 2024 awards

We have been selected as finalists in the Plastics Recycling Awards Europe 2024.This prestigious award recognizes and celebrates achievements in all areas of the European industry related to plastics recycling.

The awards highlight the most innovative developments in the use and design of recycled materials. On this occasion, our range of sustainable Repsol Reciclex® grades of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and metallocene linear low-density polyethylene (mLDPE) has been nominated as a finalist in the technological product innovation category.

We are proud to offer our mechanical recycling clients the possibility of complementing our compounds with chemical recycling, which enables them to achieve 100% recycling. Our film and cable customers can maximize the content of recycled materials in their products thanks to this innovation. These compounds improve the carbon footprint according to the “cradle to grave” methodology and maximize the reuse of waste.
