No. The Ethics and Compliance Channel is managed by an independent company. The Ethics and Compliance Channel is for internal and external use and any third party can report acts contrary to our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. It is available 24/7, in multiple languages.
Integrity, responsibility, and transparency are core values for Repsol. We have set ourselves very ambitious goals, which we meet by maintaining a high level of performance and the highest ethical standards in our operations around the world.
We have an obligation to know and understand our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and to adopt it as the basis for our business activity. We also have a responsibility to report any potential non-compliance with our Code. Every time we ask a question or raise a concern, we create an opportunity for improvement.
When we act and report questionable conduct, we are protecting both ourselves and Repsol's reputation. Remember, a problem cannot be addressed unless it is brought to someone's attention.
Once you have submitted your question or raised your concern by phone or online, you will receive a code and password so that you can track the case. The person assigned to the case from Repsol's Ethics and Compliance team will then receive a summary in electronic format for analysis and to determine the next steps.
Repsol uses EthicsPoint, NAVEX's case management application, to manage Repsol's Ethics and Compliance Channel. The EthicsPoint tool is located on secure NAVEX servers in order to prevent potential security risks. NAVEX only forwards communications to those individuals within Repsol who are responsible for analyzing them.
Any communication will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, always in accordance with the law and best business practices.

To facilitate and ensure that the behavior of Repsol Group employees (hereinafter, employees) is in line with the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct with regard to integrity. In particular, basic concepts and criteria are provided to identify the concurrence of potential or real conflicts of interest in the performance of their duties and responsibilities for Repsol, as well as the measures that must be observed in such cases for the communication and management of such situations.
The regulation formalizes the necessary measures available to the Repsol Group for adequate knowledge of the third parties with which it relates or will relate (hereinafter "Third Parties" or "Third Party"), with regard to Compliance risks (as defined below). The purpose of all of this is that, both prior to the formalization of the relationship with the Third Party and during the time it is maintained, the Repsol Group can have adequate information in the decision-making process and in the assessment and mitigation of possible Compliance risks related to the Third Party.

This regulation establishes the principles of action and general criteria of good order that must be observed at Repsol for all matters related to gifts and hospitality (hereinafter "gifts and entertainment") when these are offered or received by employees of the Repsol Group (hereinafter "employees") in the context of or as part of their professional activity with third parties working for Repsol. This is intended to facilitate and ensure the compliance of employee behavior with Repsol's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct in the area of integrity.
